Working out is one of those things that I always am so glad I did when it’s all over! I always feel so much better when I workout first thing in the morning, it helps me start my day. Whether it’s heading to the gym or going for a run outside, I try to break a sweat 4-5 times a week. Being active helps me feel good both physically and mentally. All that being said, some mornings it’s just hard to get myself out the door! A few things that have been helping me to get me motivated for a workout are new workout clothes, my fitness tracker and an updated playlist.

A new workout outfit is a sure bet that I’ll be heading to the gym. Looking stylish goes beyond your everyday clothing, it has now transitioned into workout wear. Workout clothes have come a long way! There are so many cute styles, and a new workout outfit definitely helps me to get motivated. The outfit I’m wearing in this post is from Pheel and I’m obsessed!

These workout leggings are high waisted and I love the cutouts on the bottom of the leg. They are made of a material called Emana. Studies have indicated enhanced comfort (I can vouch for that!) and gains in signs of cellulite reduction due to an increase in skin elasticity. I have been wearing my new Misfit fitness tracker non stop and it has really helped keep me on track! Seeing my progress and what I’ve accomplished during a workout makes me want to keep it going. You can find a full post on it here.

Another thing that helps get me motivated for a workout is a new playlist. I love listening to music, it always puts me in a good mood.
