Fitness and being active is something that is a big part of my everyday routine. I do go to the gym, but there is something about being outside that is just so mind clearing to me. I love listening to music and going for a run, it’s the perfect opportunity for some “me time”. The last couple of weeks I have had the opportunity to experiment with using the Misfit tracker. I had never used a fitness tracker before, but had family and friends who had used them and really liked them, so I was excited to try one out!
After having worn it for about two weeks now, I have to honestly say I really do love it! The tracker I have is called Misfit Ray. It is so light weight, it literally feels like I have nothing on my wrist. I love the grey leather band and rose gold detail, it fits in perfectly with my stack of bracelets. What’s great about this tracker is it’s swimproof and you don’t have to charge it. It comes with batteries that last up to 4 months and can easily be replaced.
Not only does it track your steps, distance and calories, but also your sleep! I’ve always wondered how much of the night I actually get a deep sleep. It will actually track how much of your sleep was restful vs. light. Being a blogger requires a lot of time sitting down at a computer, Misfit will alert you when you have been inactive and sitting for too long, which I found really helpful. Some other things it alerts are phone calls and text notifications.
Needless to say this Misfit tracker has really helped me to better see how active I am in a day and what kind of sleep I’m getting. I’m so glad that I finally jumped on the fitness tracker bandwagon to help me live a healthy lifestyle. If you’re looking to try or replace a fitness tracker definitely try Misfit.
