With the holidays right around the corner, I’ve been starting to think about how I’m going to pack for our trip home to Cleveland. It’s definitely going to be a little more work than normal now that we have a little guy to think about as well. We haven’t traveled with him yet, so I want to make sure I’m fully prepared!
I have my normal diaper bag that I use on the daily, but I wanted to be able to turn my tote into a bag that was more organized now with baby around; he comes with a lot of gear! I recently teamed up with Tote Savvy to get the job done, and I’m loving the organizer they sent. I chose the Tote Savvy Deluxe and it is just what I need to help keep me organized for traveling with little Mo; there is pretty much a compartment for everything! There are different sized pockets for all of your different necessities, including an insulated zipper pocket, a small laptop compartment and a changing pad. This is what I will be packing for baby.
- Bottles– There is the zipper pocket that is insulated, making it perfect for bringing bottles on the go
- Diapers– 4-5 since we have a long travel day to go across the country
- Wipes
- Burp Cloths
- Swaddle Blanket
- Little Giraffe Blanket
- Pacifier
- Pacifier Clip
- Extra Outfit
- Hand Sanitizer
- Susher
The the one back side there is a big compartment that I will use for my Microsoft Surface Laptop; it fits perfectly in there. On the other back side I will use it for my usual travel items I pack for myself which are:
- Ipod
- Headphones
- Planner
- External Battery
- Hand Lotion
- Snacks
I’m definitely going to be much more organized with my Tote Savvy, which will hopefully take away some of the nerves of traveling with an infant for the first time!
Mamas help me out! What are some of your must haves when traveling with a baby?
Xoxo,
Danielle
