Happy New Year everyone, I hope you all had an amazing holiday season! My family came into town for Christmas and then we took a road trip to Palm Springs for New Years; so I took the last two weeks to enjoy some quality time with the fam. It was so nice to just unwind and enjoy time with them. Since we all live in different cities, we don’t get to do that very often.  The weather in Palm Springs couldn’t have been more perfect, we got to spend a lot of time by the pool. That was my second time visiting Palm Springs, I love it there; it’s such a relaxing vacation spot!

I’m always so sad to when the holidays come to an end, it’s my favorite time of year. The month of January is always such a struggle because the holidays are over, there’s not much happening to look forward to and I’m usually super pale and ready for a beach vacation! Last year I wrote down all of my goals and intentions for the year and I loved being able to look back at the end of the year to see what I had achieved. This year I did the same, so that’s what’s helping keep me motivated!

On another note, I recently received this sweater from Romwe and I’m obsessed! It’s made of a fuzzy fabric that is so soft, I seriously just want to live in it! This sweater also comes in four other colors, and is such a steal, only $10! I paired it with my favorite black distressed jeans and the otk boots I’ve been wearing all fall/winter long. I love Romwe for affordable, trendy clothing. Here are a few other sweaters that I have in my cart.

What are you guys up to this weekend? I have a lot of cleaning up to do around here. Why is it that putting the Christmas decorations up is so much easier than taking them down!

Xoxo,

Danielle
