Working out has always been something that I try to squeeze into my schedule no matter how busy I may be. Now don’t get me wrong, some days it takes some convincing to get myself up and moving, but I can say that I never regret it when I’m done! Since I like to workout in the morning, I find myself running around doing errands the rest of the day in my athletic wear. With that being the case, I have been loving all of the trendy workout wear that is out. When Lilybod reached out to me and asked if I wanted to collaborate, I definitely did not hesitate! Not only are the leggings so cute, the quality is amazing. There is no doubt that I will be purchasing more of these workout leggings, I am completely obsessed!

When it comes to working out, I love a really intense type of workout; the more sweat the better! I try to get moving 4 to 5 times a week, even if that means just taking a long walk or run through my neighborhood. Being outside in the sunshine, taking in all of those beautiful views is one of my favorite ways to get active.

Another workout that I have been loving and that has made noticeable changes to my body is intervals on the treadmill. I mix it up between running at different speeds and then walking on inclines. The whole time I’m on the treadmill I’m constantly changing the incline or speed. I know sometimes being on the treadmill can get boring, but this helps to keep you alert and motivated. If you guys would like me to share my interval workout, let me know!

Lastly, the other type of workout I do is BBG by Kayla Itsines. I started doing her workouts about 2 years ago and I loved it! It takes a total of 28 minutes and is high intensity, which is right up my alley. The first week I tried it I was so sore I could barely walk! If you guys haven’t heard of her or her workout, it’s definitely something to look into. It’s great for those people who don’t have access to a gym or hours to spend working out.

I’m always looking for new workouts to change things up. Share some of your favorite types of workouts below and what  some of your favorite athletic wear brands are. Hope you all have a great weekend!

Xoxo,

Danielle
