Happy Monday!! I hope everybody had a great weekend! Sorry I was a little MIA last week, we decided to take a last minute road trip to LA and Newport Beach, I was pretty much in heaven! I have always loved Southern California, and having lived there in the past it kind of feels like a second home to me. I’m going to do a post this week on our mini get away and some of my favorite spots!

I always enjoy putting on a pair of heels and dressing up for a night out, but I equally love a tee, denim and a pair of sneakers. When dressing down I still like to feel put together, adding a cute jacket and accessories. Back in August I did a post on this utility jacket that was a more dressed up look. That’s what I I love most about this utility jacket is that it’s so versatile and can be dressed up with a pair of heels or down with some great sneakers as well.
